Credgy provides loan tracking, simulation, and financial planning features for informational purposes. Credgy is not a bank, lender, broker, or financial advisor. We do not issue loans or line of credit products.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must keep your device and authentication methods secure.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse or attempt to disrupt app services.
• Do not reverse engineer or copy proprietary app components.
• Do not use Credgy for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

5. Simulations and Informational Outputs

Loan calculations and simulations are estimates based on user-provided data and assumptions. Actual loan outcomes may vary based on financial institution policies. You should verify decisions with your lender or a qualified advisor.

6. Intellectual Property

Credgy content, design, trademarks, and software are owned by Credgy or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credgy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including losses resulting from financial or repayment decisions.

8. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time, including updates to free or paid functionality.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
